Please note that violating the below listed terms leads to temporary or permanent cancellation of your account!
In case contract conditions or terms are found to be violated, PrimeCams.com reserves the right to block the account involved.

All participants of PrimeCams.com are obliged to observe the following rules.

All persons below 18 years (21 in some jurisdictions, please check local legislation) are not allowed to participate.
This is applied to any person present within a video or a photo. Violating this rule is breach of contract leading to immediate account blocking.

All Participants are obliged to have a valid and approved registration with PrimeCams.com. Registration requires submitting a completed agreement along with a copy of ID. Unregistered persons are not allowed to appear in the picture. Everybody appearing in the videos or pictures has to be registered. Violating this rule is breach of contract leading to immediate account blocking without any payments made.
Transmitting pre-recorded videos as live shows is forbidden. Violating this rule is breach of contract leading to immediate account blocking without any payments made.

Exchanging personal information is forbidden, this includes information of other Participants and Visitors as well. Personal information includes emails, customer logins, IM accounts (Yahoo!, MSN, ICQ etc), mailing addresses, bank accounts and other details. Violating this rule is breach of contract leading to immediate account blocking without any payments made.

Any personal contact with Visitors of PrimeCams.com is prohibited, including escort services, prostitution, asking for material help etc. Violating this rule is breach of contract leading to immediate account blocking.

Promoting and imitating underage sex, sodomy, incest, blood, bestiality, animal cruelty is strictly forbidden. Violating this rule is breach of contract leading to immediate account blocking.

Any intent to post any text containing hate speech, insults, humiliating information, references to underage sex or bestiality is forbidden and leads to immediate account blocking.

Promoting other sites and/or services is strictly forbidden. Violating this rule is breach of contract leading to immediate account blocking.

All Participants should also be visible and easily recognizable in the video camera window.
If a Participant has provided misleading information to a Paid Customer concerning his/her sex, type of services offered, or has provided inadequate services, the Customer has the right to be refunded the full sum paid to the Participant.
It is forbidden to broadcast a still image when nobody is around the camera, or go online with the camera turned off. Violating this rule is breach of contract leading to immediate account blocking or suspended payouts.

Using phone, digressing to other matters and ignoring Visitors in Public Chat is forbidden. Please do not eat or sleep in the camera view. You have to speak English to Visitors in Public Chat. Violating this rule is breach of contract leading to immediate account blocking.
Please pay attention that you are not entering a working contract, will not be considered an employee, and will not be paid salary.

Participants fully transfer the rights to use and copy all intellectual property, brands and confidential information and other property rights. This transfer of rights, including full or partial use of these rights, provides PrimeCams.com with unlimited, perpetual, global, universal, royalty-free, irreversible, transferrable and exclusive rights. After these rights are transferred, PrimeCams.com can use, transmit, duplicate, broadcast, sell, transfer, import, export, promote and/or create promotional materials related to the Participants, to be used in media or broadcasting technologies whether known now or to be developed later. Also, the Participants agree that PrimeCams.com is the sole owner of all author and property rights to the materials thus created, including any rights related to these materials.

In case of a mild violation, a Participant gets a warning. When repeated violation is found, a fine of $10 or account blocking will be applied.
Please bear in mind that this list includes only basic violations. Certain activity in certain situation may be deemed as violation according to the guidelines listed above.
